HiddenSwap is a crypto-to-crypto swap service. You pick two coins, paste the address where the new coins should go, and send your deposit. There is no account, no email and no ID to start a swap.
How a swap is executed
HiddenSwap does not hold a trading balance of its own. Every swap is executed by our liquidity partner:
- When you start a swap, the partner creates a deposit address for your order.
- Your deposit goes to that address, which the partner controls, until your new coins are sent.
- The partner swaps the coins and sends them to the address you gave. It takes a payout fee from the amount you receive to cover the blockchain fee.
- The order page shows each step and links the transactions.
The rate you see already includes the exchange spread and our fee. We explain this in more detail on the fees page.
Screening and holds
Deposits are screened. A swap can be held for checks, and the sender may be asked to verify where the coins came from. We say this before you swap, on every swap page, because it matters. The risk and screening page explains when a hold happens and how it ends.
What we keep
We keep your order ID, the coins, networks and amounts, the addresses you entered and the transaction hashes. We also keep the page where your visit started and a referral tag if you came from a partner link, so we know which pages help people. We do not keep your name, your email (unless you write to us) or IP addresses in swap records. We use Google Analytics to count visits to our pages; it is not loaded on order or tracking pages. Who writes the swap pages
We draft the coin pages, pair pages and guides with the help of AI tools, from primary sources such as project documentation and block explorers, and each page lists the sources it uses. Every number on them comes from quotes we record ourselves, with the time it was recorded. Read how we make these pages for the details.
Who is responsible
HiddenSwap runs this website. The people behind it do not publish their names or address, for the same privacy reasons the service exists. You can always reach us at contact@hiddenswap.com. The Terms and the privacy policy apply to every swap.
