HiddenSwap is a no-KYC crypto exchange for crypto-to-crypto swaps, and its only website is hiddenswap.com. This page lists every official way to reach us, what we will never ask you for, and how a real swap differs from a fake one. If a site, an account or a message is not listed here, it is not HiddenSwap.
The official website
- The only official website is https://hiddenswap.com. Check the address bar before you start a swap, and keep a bookmark.
- HiddenSwap has no other website. A site with a similar name, another ending such as .io or .net, or an extra word or dash in the name is not ours.
- HiddenSwap has no app in any app store, no browser extension, no token or coin of its own and no airdrop. Anything offered under our name in one of those forms is not ours.
- Other projects with similar names are not connected to HiddenSwap.
What we never ask for
- Your seed phrase (the recovery words of your wallet), your private keys or your wallet password. No swap and no support request needs them.
- Remote access to your computer or phone.
- A payment to “unlock”, “release” or “speed up” a swap, or a second deposit to get a late one back.
- An account, a login or an email address to start a swap.
We never contact you first by email or private message. If “HiddenSwap support” writes to you before you have written to us, it is not us.
How a real swap looks
- You start every swap yourself on hiddenswap.com: you pick two coins, enter the address for your new coins and press Start swap.
- The deposit address is shown only on your order page, at an address that starts with hiddenswap.com/order/. It is made for that one order. A deposit address sent to you by email, in a chat or on a social network is not from us.
- You can open your swap again later with its order ID on the Track swap page.
- The estimate shown before you send already includes our fee. The fees page explains every fee, and the refunds page explains what happens when a swap cannot be completed.
How to spot a fake
- The address in the address bar is not exactly hiddenswap.com.
- Someone offers help before you asked for it, in comments, replies or private messages, and then asks for a seed phrase, a fee or a new deposit.
- The offer sounds too good: a bonus, a promised profit, or more coins back than you sent.
- A search ad or a link in a message leads to a page that looks like ours. Type hiddenswap.com yourself or use your bookmark.
Report a fake
If you find a site, an account or a message that uses the HiddenSwap name and is not listed on this page, email legal@hiddenswap.com with the link. Please report it to the platform that hosts it as well. Coins sent to a fake never reach HiddenSwap, so we cannot get them back.
Who runs HiddenSwap
HiddenSwap runs this website. The people behind it do not publish their names or address, for the same privacy reasons the service exists. What we do publish is how the service works and what it costs: the Terms, the privacy policy, how we make these pages and the brand facts. Support answers at contact@hiddenswap.com, usually within an hour, and you never need an account to get help.
