These terms are a contract between you and HiddenSwap (“we”, “us”) for HiddenPay, the payment links and buttons at hiddenswap.com/pay. They add to the HiddenSwap Terms of Service, which also apply to every payment made through a HiddenPay link. By creating a link or paying through one, you accept both.
1. What HiddenPay is
- HiddenPay lets you (the “owner”) create a link, button or badge that other people (the “payers”) use to pay you.
- Each payment is a normal HiddenSwap swap. The payer sends a coin, the swap runs, and the coin you picked is sent straight to the address you entered.
- We never hold funds for you. There is no balance, no withdrawal and no payout schedule. If a swap cannot complete, the payer is refunded under the HiddenSwap Terms.
- There are no accounts. Your owner key is the only way to manage a link. We cannot recover it.
2. Fees
- Creating a link is free.
- Each payment through a link includes the same swap fee as any HiddenSwap swap, already counted in the rate the payer sees. The owner pays nothing extra.
- Network fees are part of the swap, as on every HiddenSwap order.
- A payer who holds your coin can send it to you directly when you allow it. That payment never passes through us and has no HiddenPay fee.
3. Your address and the amount you receive
- You are responsible for the address you enter. Use a wallet you control, not an exchange account. We cannot change it and cannot recover coins sent to a wrong address.
- The address cannot be edited. To be paid somewhere else, create a new link.
- For a payment link with a fixed amount, we quote the payer an amount that should deliver what you asked for. Rates can move. With a floating rate the amount you receive can end up slightly higher or lower.
4. What a link may be used for
You may use HiddenPay for lawful payments and donations only. You must not use it:
- to ask for payment for anything illegal where you or the payer are, including stolen data, weapons or drugs;
- to pretend to be another person, project or company, or to suggest HiddenSwap endorses you;
- for scams, fake giveaways, extortion or payment demands after a hack;
- from, for or on behalf of a person or country under sanctions that apply to us or to our service providers;
- in a way that breaks the HiddenSwap Terms of Service.
Names, notes and link text may not contain links, contact handles or text meant to mislead payers.
5. When we turn a link off
- We may turn off or delete a link that breaks these terms, that we receive a credible report about, or that we are required to turn off by law or by a service provider.
- Payments started before a link is turned off keep running under the HiddenSwap Terms.
- Anyone can report a link from its payment page. We read every report.
6. What we keep
- For each link: the coin and address you are paid to, the optional name, note and amounts, the button style, and a one-way hash of your owner key.
- If you add an email for notifications, we keep it encrypted and use it only for payment notices about your link. You can remove it at any time.
- For each payment: the order and its status, kept for the same time as any HiddenSwap order, and a running total per link.
- Payers see only what you choose to show: the name, the note, the coin and the last characters of your address. We never show payers your email, and we never tell owners who paid.

7. Changes
We may change HiddenPay or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using a link after a change, the new terms apply.
