A swap needs coins and an address. It does not need to know who you are.

What we keep
- Your order IDIt links you to your swap.
- Coins, networks and amountsWe need them to run the swap.
- Deposit, receiving and refund addressesWe need them to move the coins.
- Transaction hashesThey prove what was sent.
- Order times and statusThey show each step.
- Where your visit startedThe first page you opened, a referral tag or campaign name from your link, the name of the site that sent you, and whether you used our onion address. It shows which pages help people.
- Messages you send to supportOnly if you write to us.
- Visit statisticsGoogle Analytics counts visits to our pages. It is not loaded on order or tracking pages.
What we do not keep
- Your name
- Your phone number
- ID documents
- Passwords or accounts. There are none.
- Your email address, unless you write to support
- IP addresses in swap records
How long we keep it
We keep swap records for 90 days. Then we delete them. Some records may be kept longer if the law requires it.
Your order ID
Your order ID is the only key to your swap. We cannot find your swap by name, because we never ask for one.

Screening and holds
