Fees
Every fee, before you send
Nothing hidden except you.
How the rate is built
Swaps are executed by our liquidity partner. The exchange spread and our fee are already inside the rate the swap box shows. There is no separate service charge.
Payout fee
The partner takes a payout fee to send your new coins. It covers the blockchain fee and can be a little higher. It is taken from the amount you get, and the swap box shows it.
Floating or fixed
Floating follows the market until the network confirms your deposit, so you may get a little more or a little less. Fixed keeps the rate if the exact amount arrives in one transaction before the timer on your order page ends.
Minimum and maximum
Each pair has limits. The swap box shows them for the coins you pick.
Your own network fee
Your wallet pays the network fee to send your deposit. It is not part of our quote.
Recovery fee
A deposit sent on the wrong network or without a needed memo is not processed automatically. If recovery is possible, a fee of USD 50 plus network fees may apply, as the Terms explain.
An example from our own quotes
On 17 Sep 2026, 18:15 UTC, our floating quote for 0.01 BTC was 1.4741 XMR, after a 0.009 XMR payout fee. The rate before the payout fee was 1 BTC ≈ 148.3139 XMR.
See the BTC to XMR pageNothing hidden except you.
The amount the swap box shows already has every fee taken off. With a floating rate, the final amount is set when your deposit is confirmed, so it can move a little.
