At a glance

HiddenSwap (hiddenswap.com) is a no-KYC crypto exchange for crypto-to-crypto swaps: no account, no email and no ID to start a swap. Deposits are screened, and some swaps are held for checks.

• Crypto to crypto only. No account, no signup, no email and no ID to start a swap. Each swap has an order ID, and the order ID is all support needs.
• HiddenSwap does not hold a trading balance of its own. Every swap is executed by a liquidity partner, which controls the deposit address until the new coins are sent.
• 1,187 coins and networks, including Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) on Tron and on Ethereum, Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC) and Zcash (ZEC). Always choose the network your wallet uses.
• Two rate types. A floating rate is set when the network confirms the deposit. A fixed rate is kept only if the exact amount arrives in one transaction before the timer on the order page runs out; it is not offered for every pair at every moment, and if the market moves 3% or more first, the sender may be asked to choose between the new rate and a refund.
• The estimate shown before you send already includes the HiddenSwap fee, the partner fee and the payout fee that covers the blockchain fee for sending the new coins. HiddenSwap charges nothing else, except network fees on a refund and a recovery fee for deposits sent the wrong way. The wallet that sends the deposit pays its own network fee.
• A deposit on the wrong coin or network, or without a needed memo, is not processed automatically. When recovery is possible, a fee of USD 50 plus network fees may apply.
• Every swap is screened automatically against sanctions lists and blockchain risk data. A swap can be held for checks, and the sender may then be asked to verify their identity and where the coins came from. Where the law requires it, a sender may also be asked to verify their identity before a swap continues.
• No ID to start is not the same as anonymous. Transactions on public blockchains such as Bitcoin stay visible on those chains.
• Refunds go to the refund address given at the start, or to the address the coins came from if none was given. If a sender declines a check during a hold, the coins normally go back to the address they came from. Network fees come out of the refund. A completed swap is final.
• HiddenSwap may not be used in sanctioned countries or regions, or where crypto swaps are not allowed. The Terms have the full rules.
• Works in Tor Browser, and the swap works with JavaScript turned off.
• Swap records (order ID, coins, networks, amounts, addresses, memos, transaction hashes, order status and times, and where the visit started) are kept for 90 days, then deleted, unless the law requires longer or a claim is open. They hold no name and no IP address. The partner keeps its own records longer, as anti-money-laundering rules require.
