HiddenSwap may not be used by anyone under sanctions, or for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or fraud. This policy is part of our Terms.
Paused swaps
Swaps are monitored. A swap may be paused, and more information may be requested before it continues. If it does not continue, the deposit is refunded, minus network fees, unless the law or a competent authority requires the coins to be kept, or they are reported stolen.
Stolen coins
If your coins were stolen, report it to the police and email contact@hiddenswap.com with the transaction details.
Official requests
The police and other authorities send official requests to legal@hiddenswap.com. As there are no accounts, a request should name the order ID or the deposit transaction hash. Information about a swap is given to authorities only when the law requires it.
