Before you swap
Copy the payout address from the Solana side of your wallet. It never starts with 0x, and it has no checksum, so compare every character. Send native ETH on Ethereum mainnet, not on a layer 2 network. The ETH you deposit is kept at the order's deposit address until your SOL is sent.

Our quotes, not guarantees. Recorded 29 Oct 2026, 23:00 UTC. The payout fee is already taken off. It depends on the network and can change with the amount, and it takes a bigger share of small swaps. Fixed and floating quotes are separate offers, and either can be higher.

How to swap ETH to SOL
Enter an amount and paste your SOL address on Solana. At our last check the minimum was 0.005434 ETH. The swap box shows the live minimum.
Send the exact amount in one transaction from Ethereum to the deposit address shown after you start.
Ethereum adds a block about 12 seconds on average. How many confirmations are needed depends on the coin, and the order page shows each step.
Your SOL is sent to your address.

Why people swap Ethereum to Solana
From Ethereum to Solana
People move ETH to SOL to use apps on Solana, to pay Solana fees, or to hold SOL next to their ether. Every Solana transaction pays its fee in SOL: a base fee for each signature, plus an optional priority fee. So a Solana wallet needs SOL before it can do anything, in the same way an Ethereum wallet needs ETH for gas. Our Solana (SOL) coin page explains how Solana accounts and fees work.
This swap pays native SOL to your Solana address. You do not get a wrapped copy of ETH on Solana, and there is no bridge for you to use. The trade-off is that your ETH is outside your control from the deposit until the SOL is sent. Only the ETH you send moves. Tokens at the same 0x address, such as USDT on Ethereum, stay on Ethereum.
Sending from Ethereum mainnet
The deposit must be native ETH on Ethereum mainnet, sent from a regular wallet in one transaction. If your ETH sits on a layer 2 network, it is a balance on that network, even though the 0x address looks the same, and it cannot pay this deposit. Deposits made from smart contracts, batched transfers included, are not processed automatically. Gas is paid in ETH on top of the amount you send, so leave some behind. See our Ethereum (ETH) coin page for gas and layer 2 networks.
An address that cannot catch a typo
Ethereum addresses often carry a checksum in the pattern of capital letters, defined in EIP-55. A Solana address has none. It is 32 to 44 base58 characters with no fixed prefix, so a typo can still produce a valid address, and a payout to it cannot be reversed. A wallet that holds both coins has a separate Solana address. Copy it from the Solana side of your wallet, and compare the whole address after you paste it.
Your ETH is credited once it has enough confirmations on Ethereum, and your order page shows the progress. On a floating quote, the SOL amount can change until then.
Sending ETH and receiving SOL
Sending ETH (Ethereum)
Send ETH on Ethereum mainnet, in one transaction, to the deposit address of your order. Check the network in your wallet first. The same 0x address also exists on layer 2 networks, but those are different networks.
- Choose Ethereum mainnet in your wallet or exchange. Do not pick a layer 2 network, even if the address looks the same.
- Keep extra ETH for gas. The fee is paid in ETH on top of the amount you send.
Receiving SOL (Solana)
Give the main address of a Solana wallet that you control. It is 32 to 44 characters long in base58 and has no fixed prefix. Native SOL is sent on the Solana network to that address after your deposit is credited.
- An address that starts with 0x is an Ethereum address, not a Solana address. Check that you copied the address from a Solana wallet.
- If the SOL does not show yet, open the payout transaction from your order page on a Solana explorer. If it shows as finalized, refresh your wallet.
ETH to SOL questions
How do I swap ETH to SOL?
Choose ETH as the coin you send and SOL as the coin you get. Paste the address of your Solana wallet. Then send native ETH on Ethereum mainnet to the deposit address on your order page, from a regular wallet and in one transaction. The SOL goes to your Solana address once your deposit is credited.
My wallet holds both ETH and SOL. Which address do I paste?
The Solana one. It is 32 to 44 characters long and never starts with 0x. The 0x address in the same wallet belongs to Ethereum and other EVM networks, and it cannot receive SOL. Switch your wallet to Solana and copy the address from its receive screen.
Do I get native SOL or wrapped ETH on Solana?
Native SOL, sent on the Solana network to your wallet address. You do not have to use a bridge or redeem a wrapped token later. While the swap runs, your ETH sits at the deposit address of your order.
Will my ERC-20 tokens move to Solana with the ETH?
No. Only the ETH you send in the deposit is swapped. USDT or other tokens at the same 0x address stay on Ethereum. A token you want to move as well needs its own swap, if the swap form offers it.
Does a new Solana address need SOL before the payout?
No. The payout itself brings the first SOL. Solana has one rule for a new, empty address: the first transfer into it must be at least the minimum balance an account needs to exist. This is a network rule, not a HiddenSwap fee.
How long does an ETH to SOL swap take?
Most of the wait is on the Ethereum side. Ethereum adds a block every 12 seconds, and a block is final after about 15 minutes. Your deposit is credited after enough Ethereum confirmations, and the order page shows when. Solana slots last about 300 milliseconds, so the payout needs far less waiting once it is sent.
Can I swap ETH to SOL without KYC?
Yes. You can start with no account, email or ID. You enter a Solana address, send native ETH from your own wallet, and keep the order ID to follow the swap. Swap records keep no name and no IP address. For more privacy, receive the SOL at a new Solana address.
