Why people swap Solana to Ethereum
ETH pays for everything on Ethereum
People move SOL to ETH to use apps on Ethereum, to hold ether, or to pay gas. On Ethereum, every transaction pays gas in ETH, and that includes moving ERC-20 tokens such as USDT. A regular wallet that holds tokens but no ETH cannot move them. So a swap from SOL often has a plain goal: put some ETH on the 0x address where those tokens wait.
The payout needs nothing from you in advance. Its gas is covered by the payout fee, which comes out of the ETH you get, so an empty 0x address can take it. Native SOL from your balance
The deposit must be plain SOL on the Solana network. Tokens on Solana, wrapped SOL included, sit in separate token accounts and do not count as SOL. If the SOL is on an exchange account, withdraw it on the Solana network to your own wallet first, and send from there. A refund goes back in SOL to the address it came from.
Where the ETH arrives
The payout goes to Ethereum mainnet. Your wallet may show the same 0x address on layer 2 networks, but those balances are separate, so switch the wallet to Ethereum mainnet to see the ETH. Give a regular wallet address. A transfer to a contract runs its code, so use a smart contract wallet only if it takes plain ETH transfers on mainnet, and never paste a token contract address.
Your order page shows when your SOL is credited and each step after that. Ethereum adds a block every 12 seconds, and a block is final after about 15 minutes, so your wallet can show the ETH before it is final. Until the ETH is sent, you cannot move the SOL you deposited. On a floating quote, the ETH amount can move until your deposit confirms.

Sending SOL (Solana)
Send native SOL on the Solana network to the deposit address of your order. Copy and paste the address. Solana addresses have no checksum, so a typo can still look like a valid address. Keep a little extra SOL for the network fee.
- Send native SOL. Wrapped SOL is a separate SPL token balance, so unwrap it in your wallet first.
- Your account must keep a minimum balance. A send that would leave less than that minimum, but more than zero, fails. Keep the minimum, or send your whole balance.
Receiving ETH (Ethereum)
Give an Ethereum address that you control. It starts with 0x and has 42 characters. ETH arrives on Ethereum mainnet only. Your wallet must show Ethereum mainnet to see it.
- Paste the full 0x address. The form does not take names that end in .eth.
- If the ETH does not show yet, switch your wallet to Ethereum mainnet. Then look up your address on a block explorer.

How do I swap SOL to ETH?

Can I swap SOL to ETH to pay gas for my ERC-20 tokens?
Yes. Gas on Ethereum is paid only in ETH, and token transfers pay it too. Give the 0x address that holds your tokens as the payout address. Once the ETH arrives there, that wallet can pay the gas to move them.
Can I send a Solana token instead of SOL?
No. This deposit address takes native SOL only. Tokens on Solana, wrapped SOL among them, are separate balances held in token accounts. A token sent here is not processed automatically, and a return is not guaranteed. Unwrap wrapped SOL in your wallet first.
My SOL is on an exchange. Can the exchange send the deposit?
Not directly. Withdraw the SOL on the Solana network to your own wallet first, then start the swap with that wallet as the sending address and send from it. A refund comes back as SOL to the address it came from, so it reaches your own wallet.
Can I receive the ETH in a smart contract wallet?
Only if that wallet accepts plain ETH transfers on Ethereum mainnet. A transfer to a contract runs its code, and coins sent to a contract that cannot handle them may not be recoverable. If you are not sure, use a regular wallet address. Never paste a token contract address.
