What the 0x payout address needs
Give the full 0x address of a regular wallet. The form does not take .eth names. Never give a token contract address. A transfer to a contract runs its code, so a smart contract wallet works only if it accepts plain ETH transfers. The address can be empty, since the sender pays the gas for the payout.
Look-alike addresses are a known scam on Ethereum. Someone sends a tiny transfer from an address that shares the first and last characters with yours, so it shows up in your history. When you later move the ETH, never copy an address from that list.
After the deposit
Litecoin blocks come about every 2.5 minutes, and your order page shows when the deposit is credited. The ETH payout then goes out on Ethereum, which adds a block every 12 seconds, and a block is final after about 15 minutes. If you do not see it, switch your wallet to Ethereum mainnet. Until the ETH is sent, the LTC you deposited is outside your control, and a floating quote can still move.

How do I convert LTC to ETH?

Where does a refund go if the swap does not finish?
A refund is paid in LTC on the Litecoin network, to the Litecoin address the coins came from. It never goes to your 0x address. If your LTC is on an exchange account, withdraw it to your own wallet first, so that a refund comes back to you.
The ETH has been sent but my wallet does not show it. What do I check?
Make sure your wallet is set to Ethereum mainnet. A wallet set to a layer 2 network shows a different balance for the same 0x address. Then open the payout transaction from your order page on a block explorer.
